STUDENT BOAT TRIPS
Safe and enjoyable canoe trips for student groups on the Gauja River near Cēsis. All participants receive life jackets, and groups can be accompanied by an experienced guide if needed.
TWO DAY STUDENT TRIP
We offer two-day outdoor adventures for students with overnight camping or accommodation in guest houses along the route. Trips include nature activities, canoeing and unforgettable experiences in Gauja National Park.

GROUP ADVENTURES IN GAUJA NATIONAL PARK
Žagarkalns offers group adventures, student trips and outdoor activities near Cēsis in Gauja National Park, Latvia. All participants receive life jackets, and groups can be accompanied by an experienced guide if needed.
We offer special prices for student groups during the summer season, including one-day and multi-day canoe trips on the Gauja River with routes starting or finishing near Cēsis.
Programs can include canoe trips, hiking, cycling, ориentering activities and outdoor team games adapted for different group sizes and ages.
Standard prices for student boat trips (minimum 15 persons):
- 1 day trip: 10 EUR per person
(Guide fee: 50 EUR) - 2 day trip: 20 EUR per person

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES FOR GROUPS
Enjoy canoe trips on the Gauja River, cycling tours, paintball, hiking and ориentering activities near Cēsis in Gauja National Park. Žagarkalns offers active outdoor adventures for friends, families, students and corporate groups.
Guests can explore cycling routes of different difficulty levels together with our guides while discovering some of the most beautiful nature and sightseeing places near the Gauja River. Popular destinations include Ērgļu Cliffs, Red Cliffs, Zvārtas Rock, Raiskums Lake and Āraiši Archaeological Park.
In addition, groups can participate in outdoor team activities, treasure hunts, photo orientation games and flag capture challenges designed for active recreation in nature.
For children and student groups, canoe trips and outdoor activities can be accompanied by an experienced guide and trained lifeguard.
Special programs combining paddling, hiking and cycling are also available for student groups and larger outdoor events.
