The Žagarkalns campsite is located on the banks of the Gauja River near Cēsis in Gauja National Park, Latvia. The campsite is open from May 15 until September 15 and offers peaceful camping in nature with direct access to the river, outdoor activities and canoe trips.

Žagarkalns follows the “quiet campsite” concept. Therefore, loud parties and noisy behavior are not allowed in the campsite area. Guests can enjoy peaceful surroundings, fresh air and relaxing evenings by the Gauja River.
The campsite is surrounded by forests, sandstone cliffs and scenic nature trails near Cēsis. Furthermore, the popular Cīrulīši Nature Trails begin directly from the campsite territory.
